Terry Considine
Chief Executive Officer
Terry brings decades of real estate leadership, having founded both AIMCO and AIR Communities, two of the industry’s largest apartment operators. Throughout his career, he has helped manage more than one million apartment homes nationwide. His long-term, value-driven leadership shapes APT Residential’s commitment to stable, well-managed communities.
Matt Eilen
President, Property Operations
Matt has more than 20 years of real estate experience, including senior leadership roles at Aimco, AIR Communities, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Holland Partner Group. He has overseen operations for more than 50,000 apartment homes with a focus on operational excellence. At APT Residential, he leads property operations with an emphasis on service, consistency, and performance.
Cameron Felton
Head of Revenue & Marketing
Cameron brings deep expertise in revenue and marketing strategy across the multifamily, vacation rental, and airline industries. He has held senior roles at Nomadness Rentals, Evolve, and AIMCO, specializing in pricing, lead generation, and digital transformation. At APT Residential, he drives data-informed growth and brand impact.
Sandy McClure
SVP of Operations & Business Services
Sandy has over 20 years of experience in residential property management, with leadership roles at Cirrus Asset Management, AIMCO, BRE Properties, and Equity Residential. Her background spans both regional and executive-level operations. At APT Residential, she focuses on optimizing property performance and supporting company-wide initiatives.
Elmer Salgado
VP of Construction & Service
Elmer has over 15 years of experience in multifamily construction, maintenance, and service operations, with leadership roles at Liberty Military Housing and AIMCO. His background includes regional and national oversight of service teams, capital projects, and operational standards. At APT Residential, he focuses on driving operational efficiency, enhancing asset performance, and supporting portfolio-wide initiatives.
Brian Cordova
Head of Commercial Management & Capital Planning
Brian brings nearly 20 years of experience in multifamily finance, capital planning, and portfolio strategy, with senior leadership roles at LivCor (a Blackstone portfolio company), AIR Communities, AIMCO, and The Madison Companies. His background spans capital investment strategy, budgeting and forecasting, underwriting, and large-scale portfolio analytics. At APT Residential, he focuses on optimizing capital allocation, enhancing commercial decision-making, and supporting long-term portfolio performance.
